About The Fish Locker

John Locker fishes the Cornish coast from the shore and from his own boat, forages the same shoreline, and films it as it happens. The videos are not tutorials dressed up as adventures or the other way round. A blank day is still a day, and it still goes up.

The Fish Locker is the main channel: shore and boat sessions, wrecks, catch and cook, trips to Norway and Florida, and the beginner series that a lot of people started with. The Fish Locker Workshop is the other half of the week: rigs on the bench, boat jobs, pallet wood builds and the mistakes worth passing on.

The boat is Relentless, out of Falmouth, Cornwall. With Chris Goddard of Fin Culture he runs shark and bluefin tuna charters and introduction days for people who have never fished from a boat. The tackle on this site is Fin Culture’s, because that is what gets used.
